Members will arrive for hotel check in at 4pm October 18th (Monday), stay for two nights, and depart at 11 am October 20th (Wednesday) For ages 21+

Oct. 18th - Hotel Check-in
Hotel check-in is at 4 PM. Each of the rooms offers two queen size beds (private rooms have one king size) with Mattress Concierge® Luxury Plush mattresses, a 49" LG smart TV, and an oversize bathroom with a beautiful marble tiled bathtub and shower combination and vanity area. Additional amenities include a refrigerator, wireless high speed internet, iHome® clock radio, hairdryer, iron, in-room safe, and coffee maker.

Oct. 18th - Escape Room!
5 PM Sharp!
Find yourself whisked away on a spellbinding journey in the immersive, high-production escape rooms! A perfect match for anyone who loves the captivating stories of Hollywood movies and the rush of puzzle solving and RPG gaming.

Oct. 18th - Bowling!
7 PM-ish
High Rollers Luxury Lanes & Sports Lounge, a premier entertainment destination with a nostalgic Vegas vibe inside Foxwoods Resort Casino, offers glitzy fun on 20 bowling lanes, which include 6 VIP lanes and offers complete food and beverage service.
Sink into the plush and oversized banquettes, groove to music videos, or watch sports on the oversized screens at each lane.

Oct. 18th - Party Night!
President's Suite Opens at 11 PM
The President's suite will double as our party room as it is a generously sized 1,400 square feet! This suite offers an oversize master bathroom, as well as an oversize whirlpool bath overlooking the beautiful Connecticut Landscape. The living room includes a wet bar, dining area and half bath. Additional amenities include an entertainment center in each room with a 49" LG smart TV, a refrigerator, wireless high speed internet, iHome® clock radio, and more!

Oct. 19th - Lantern Hill Climb
1 PM - Meet at Presidents Suite for head count
At 491 feet, Lantern Hill is the highest point in the state of Connecticut. On a clear day, Massachusetts, New York, and Rhode Island are all visible from the summit.
Our 2.5 mile hike will cover nearly 400 feet of elevation and is a mostly easy walk through the woods. However the final ascent to the summit is a nearly vertical climb that ends on a plateau with an incredible view! We will be taking two smoke breaks on the way up and going over very special XCAL plans once we reach the top of the world.

( Hikers should wear proper attire and footwear for this activity. While mostly an easy walk, there are plenty of loose rocks on the trail, and parts of the trail have collapsed in a small landslide which must be traversed. Additional hazards include tree roots and shear cliff faces - there are no rails or safety measures set in place! )
Oct. 19th - Scooter Rental
6 PM - Meet in food court for head count
After a night of partying and a day of hiking we expect to have some worn out members! Your XCALCON'21 ticket includes scooter rental for Tuesday night as we will be traversing the entire property for the remainder of the evening.
Oct 19th - XD Dark Ride
6:30 PM-ish
Enjoy the thrill of a ride and excitement of a game at the same time in this 7-D multi-sensory immersive experience! The first of its kind in the Northeast, it's like nothing you've seen before. It's not 3-D anymore friends, it's 7-D! You'll feel the seat move and the wind in your hair as you immerse yourselves in one amazing adventure.

Oct. 19th - Hologate Virtual Reality
7 PM-ish
You and your friends will embark on an exhilarating adventure in a new dimension filled with wonder and joy. Just put on the Hologate headsets, and all of you will be transported into an immersive world of Virtual Reality where you’ll fight robots, zombies, and dragons, or even challenge each other with virtual snowballs!

Oct. 19th - MONZA Indoor Karting
8:30 PM
Monza offers advanced, gas-powered karts running on a long, fast and challenging indoor track with sophisticated timing and scoring for an authentic racing experience. The state-of-the-art, multi-level track features dramatic elevation changes, hairpin turns, and gives drivers the power and handling necessary for the ultimate high-speed rush.

Oct. 19th - Mandatory XCAL Meeting
President's Suite Opens at 10 PM
Attendance required by 11 PM
We can't tell you ahead of time what is going to happen at this meeting, and you can't tell anyone after!
Oct. 20th -Hotel Checkout
11 AM Sharp!
XCALCON'21 members are responsible for returning their rented scooters and checking out of their individual rooms.

What should I bring?
Clothes and toiletries for 2 days and nights of varying conditions. October in New England can be hot as hell one day and snowing the next. We intend to hike that hill - so proper footwear will be key!
SPENDING CASH! All above activities are included with your XCALCON'21 Ticket - But addtional playthroughs, food and beverage, and gambling are not.
Bowling equipment. If you have your own equipment and would rather lug it down to the alley, feel free.
Creature comforts. Snacks, cigarettes and other items are available on the property, but are quite expensive. CT is an expensive state to live in and the casinos add an upcharge.
A valid and unexpired ID. If you choose to gamble and hit a jackpot you will be required to present ID to get paid!
Racing helmet. Monza provides helmets and optional firesuits, but you are also welcome to bring your own.
Phone and charger! If you get lost on the hill or in the casino you will want to have a way of reaching the group.
